Difference in Bonding Strength of RMGIC according to Type of Hemostatic Agent in Primary Tooth

The purpose of this study was to compare the effect hemostatic agent containing aluminum chloride with ferric sulfate on shear bond strength resin-modified glass ionomer cement(RMGIC) dentin in primary tooth. Twenty extracted non-carious human teeth were collected study. specimens cut expose and polished. randomly seperated into 3 groups for treatment; group I: polyacrylic acid(PAA), RMGIC; II: chloride, PAA, III: sulfate, RMGIC Ten from each subjected test. mean as follows: 10.07 ± 1.83 MPa Group I, 7.62 0.78 MPA II, 5.23 III. There significant differences among all groups(p < 0.001). In conclusion, both decreased dentin. And more than aluminium agent.
